There are many opportunities for them to be loved and hear the Word of God!
Nursery during Worship is for infants – 3 year olds. Covenant provides a safe, clean and loving place for our littlest to be during Worship. Our nursery is not just babysitting little ones but an opportunity to minister to them by loving them and caring for their needs. Experienced child care workers take extra special care of every child.
CovKids Sunday school:
Sunday school for children ages 2-4th grade is during both worship services. Our goal is to create disciples for Christ. This time is our main tool of discipleship for the kids. The teachers build relationships with them, guide the class through God’s Word by reading and studying together, and proclaiming the Gospel in each lesson.
The curriculum is a two-year rotation and is purposed to plant seeds of the Gospel in the hearts of the children who attend.

Vacation Bible School is offered for ages 3 (potty-trained) to rising 4th graders. Join us June 12-15, 2023. Registration is live and on the homepage of our website. If you are able to help out with VBS, please contact marty@covenantpresmobile.org
Late Breakfast Bible Club – Four year olds – rising 3rd graders, join us on June 21 & 28 as well as July 12 & 19 from 9:15-11:00 in the Crichton Table room. We will have a late breakfast, Bible study and lots of games and playground time. Email marty@covenantpresmobile.org to reserve your child’s spot.
CovKids Crichton Table – June 27, July 11 and 18 from 11:00-12:30. Come love and serve our Crichton neighbors! All kids 3rd through 8th grade are welcome. Email marty@covenantpresmobile.org if your child is coming!
Created for a Purpose is a week-long creative arts program that teaches 3rd-8th grade girls that they are a unique masterpiece created by God. This summer, Covenant has the opportunity to host the first CFAP program in Mobile! The camp will be held July 24-28. CovKids this Fall…
Catechism Club for 5th Grade (on break for Summer)
Catechism Club for 5th graders is a time to focus on learning the basics of our faith and growing in Christ. Our hope is to ease the 5th graders into a more “youth group” style environment. They will gather twice a month after worship. The Catechism Club will study the Westminster Shorter Catechism, eat lunch and enjoy fellowship. It will also be a time for them to prepare for their Confirmation year, which is 6/7 grade. Dates & Time: We will meet every other Sunday after church from 12:15-1:15
CovGirls & CovBoys Bible Club (on break for Summer) is an after school time on Wednesdays of Bible study, snack, and fellowship. Girls and boys will meet separately twice a month. The kids will study and focus on God’s attributes and build community with each other.
